convenience and low prices. Walmart has gained over 10% market share since 1991. Luxottica
under the Cole National brands and Lenscrafters has over 24% market share. Both are growing.
Managed Care (Vision Plans) is a key strategy for both Walmart and Luxottica. Retailers
now supply 57% of all eyewear dispensed.
